With the end of the Victorian Era Billericay Football Club moved in to its third decade.

The Football Association imposed a maximum wage for professional footballers of £4 per week and Tottenham Hotspur would be the last non-league team to win the F.A. Cup.

On Wednesday 4 November 1903 Billericay Football Club became affiliated to the Essex F.A.  Frederick John Eales (1871-1958) was the clubs representative on the Essex FA Council and Herbert Welham was the Club Secretary.

News on the club, printed in the Chelmsford Chroncile or Essex Newman, was rare.  Reports on an A.G.M. may be recorded but fixtures and results were few and far between.
