The 1930's saw Billericay still competing in the Chelmsford & District League but then joined the Romford & District League.

Ulises Saucedo left the club, and town, in 1930 to sail to Montevideo where he managed the Bolivian national team at the 1930 World Cup.  He would also act as a linesman in the final.

In 1933 Billericay won a second successive Division Two title, as well as lifting the Chelmsford & District League Cup.
